Greyfield Construction was hired by the Archdiocese of Toronto to deliver a complete renovation of a historic multi-storey residence—from the basement slab to the third floor. The home was fully opened to its skeleton, rebuilt to modern performance standards, and restored without compromising its original character. This was a highly technical project: structural remediation, envelope upgrades, and full system replacements inside a heritage shell.
